Instructions for replacing the PiRO window

1. Remove the old window from the PiRO.
2. Dismantle the old window from the black mounting blocks by loosening the four screws using a 2.5 mm Allen key.
3. Mount the new window onto the black mounting blocks using the four screws. Note: Do not tighten the screws yet, but ensure there is a small gap between the mounting blocks and the new window.
4. Place the new window in the PiRO and attach the handle to the window as you normally would for use. Keep the window closed.
5. Now tighten the four screws securely (by hand). Be careful when using a screwdriver or drill! The maximum force that may be applied to the screws is 1.5 Newton.
6. Test whether the window opens and closes properly. If the window ‘rubs’ at the top when opening and closing, do not force it, but loosen the screws (with the window in the closed position) and tighten them again.
